If you take the opportunity to read Mike’s first “blog” on the website, you’ll see that character, and specifically integrity, are among the key components of his personal values and among the foundational principal for the business. 

Mike has had a professional relationship and/or personal friendship with this collective team for no less than 7 years in one case, 16 or more years in most cases and for as long as 35+ years in two cases. Everyone on this team is someone with whom Mike would be comfortable with recommending a handshake agreement, and while that will not be our protocol in this business, it’s important to understand the trust and loyalty that exists among this group of seasoned professionals.
