Our President and Principal Consultant, Mike Fraser, will conduct an initial FREE consultation via video conference or in person.  The objectives of this session (or sessions) will be to:

1. Get acquainted
2. Ask questions and LISTEN to begin to learn about and start the process of understanding your goals, objectives and the key challenges facing your business; Mike and his team of Advisors will be happy to sign appropriate confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, which we can furnish, or we'll be happy to review yours for execution
3. Assess who from our network of Advisors would be best suited to help you with any of your goals, objectives and key challenges.

This initial free consultation will be up to 2 hours over up to 2 sessions.  If an in-person session is preferred, we'll be happy to arrange to accommodate that request.

We have the flexibility to structure our pricing in a manner that best suits the specific needs, preferences and abilities of our clients.  The bottom line is, it's up to you on how you'd like to work with us and we do NOT require any kind of long-term commitment.  We'll let the value of our work and contributions to your business speak for themselves, keeping us engaged with you for as long as you want and feel we continue to add value and your business continues to benefit from our involvement with you.

This gives you the flexibility to consider a number of options, including Fixed Project Pricing, Fixed Retainer, Variable Retainer, Combination Retainer and Project Completion Fee and other customized options.  In addition, several of the Advisors on our team are particularly interested in helping start-up and very small single proprietor / family businesses and are willing to offer special discounted terms in these situations.
